Перемешать, пробить. При добавлении бананов даже комнатной температуры, какао-масса начнет сразу густеть, пробивать будет неудобно, поэтому нагреваем. •Разложить по формочкам. У меня силиконовая прямоугольная форма для хлеба ~8,5 см на 18 см. •Убираем в холодильник, если необходимо быстрее можно ненадолго в морозильник. Достаем из формы, разрезаем на 8 квадратных конфет. | TOFU & ROASTED VEGGIE BOWL 💚 In need of a delicious and colourful bowl of tofu, veggies and 10 plant points? I’ve got you! 🙌😍 Today’s bowl of absolute deliciousness is soooooo good, I’m adding it to my meals on repeat. Let me know what you think in the comments ☺️💚 Ingredients For the roasted tofu and veggies 1 block @tofoo cubed 1 head broccoli, broken into florets 3 red onions, peeled and chopped into large pieces 1 red pepper, chopped 1 yellow pepper, chopped On the vine tomatoes (or cherry/baby plum) For the Basil bean dip Tin of cannellini beans , drained and reserving the water Large bunch of basil 1 tbspn @marigoldhealthfoods nutritional yeast 2 garlic cloves, sliced 1 lemon, juiced Salt to season Toasted pine nuts and basil leaves to garnish Method - place the cubed tofu and all the chopped veggies (minus the tomatoes) on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil or spray oil. | CHICK’N KATSU 💚 There’s something so easy and satisfying in this Chick’n Katsu - it takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish, involves no skill (like most of my meals 🤣) and tastes incredible 👌💯😍 Deets 🌱 @tesco Plant Chef No Chicken Breast 🌱 steamed basmati rice 🌱 edamame/soya beans 🌱 tenderstem broccoli Katsu sauce 1 large Onion, diced 6 Garlic cloves, crushed 1 large Carrot, chopped 1 tbspn Curry powder 500ml Vegetable stock 1 tbspn soy sauce 1-2 tspn maple syrup To make the Katsu sauce 1. Gently fry the onion in a little poor spray oil until softened 2. Add the garlic and continue to fry for another couple of minutes 3. Stir in the curry powder and cook through for another couple of minutes before adding the carrots and vegetable stock, and simmer gently until the carrots are tender 4. Add the soy sauce and maple syrup, stir through and check the seasoning. You shouldn’t need to add any salt because of soy sauce 5. | THAI RED CURRY NOODLES 💚 I love a one pan dinner and these Thai red curry noodles with marinated tofu and gyozas are such a treat and soo easy to make 👌💯😍 Ingredients Served 4 1 white onion, finely diced 2 tspn garlic and ginger paste 2 tbspn Thai red curry paste - @bluedragonuk 1/2 can coconut milk - @coconutmerchant 1.5 ltr vegetable stock 2 carrots, peeled and shredded 2 handfuls sugar snap peas 1 red pepper, sliced 4 rice noodle nests - @bluedragonuk 12 vegetable gyozas- @itsuofficial 1 pack @cauldronfoods marinated tofu 2-3 spring onions, finely sliced Fresh coriander Red chillis, finely sliced Sesame seeds Method - gently sauté the onion in a large pan until softened - Add the garlic and ginger paste and stir through before adding the curry paste - Stir through and add the coconut milk, followed by the stock - Stir through and let it heat up before adding the noodles and vegetables - Simmer for a couple of minutes with the lid on, before adding the gyozas. Place the lid back on and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the gyozas are cooked through - Top with marinated tofu, spring onion, coriander, chilli and spring onions (or divide between 4 bowls before adding the toppings) - Enjoy ☺️ Are you a Thai curry fan? | TOFU FRIED RICE 💚 Tonight’s dinner is an easy way of using up any cooked rice in the fridge. And with all the green veg and tofu, it’s a mega healthy, well rounded and impressive meal of total deliciousness 👌💯😍 Ingredients - serves 4 1 large block tofu, cubed Sesame Oil Tenderstem broccoli 2 tspn garlic and ginger paste 1 pack cavelo nero, chopped Enough fresh or leftover rice for 4 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup frozen soya beans 3 tbspn soy sauce (possibly 1/3 dark and 2/3 light) 2 tspn sesame seeds A red chilli, finely sliced Method - Pan fry the tofu in a little sesame oil until golden and crispy - Wash and chop the tenderstem broccoli, adding it to the pan and continuing to fry until slightly softened before adding the garlic and ginger paste and stirring through - Add the cavelo nero and cook until it has also softened and wilted - Add the rice (I heat mine in the microwave first) and stir through - Add the peas and soya beans- you can add them from frozen but again I heat them in a separate saucepan of boiling water for 3 or 4 minutes - Mix the soy sauce/s together with the sesame seeds and a couple of tablespoons of water before pouring over the stir fried rice and stirring until all the rice is covered - I cook for a few more minutes to allow some of the rice mixture to get crispy - Divide between 4 bowls/lunch boxes, garnish with some fresh red chilli and enjoy ☺️ . . . . . #veganrecipes #vegan #vegansofig #plantbased #plantbaseddiet #plantbasedfood ##plantbasedfoodie #whatveganseat #easyvegan #veganiseasy #vegancomfortfood #veganfoodphotography #veganfoodporn #veganinsta #veganinspo #veganinstaclub #accidentlyvegan #stirfry #healthymeals #veganmeals #proteinpacked #proteinmeal #proteinmeals #healthyvegan #healthymealideas #quickandeasymeals #stirfried #ricedish | |

Perfect for easy weeknight dinners or meal prep. Ingredients • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 onion, finely chopped • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp ground cumin • ½ tsp chilli powder (adjust to taste) • 1 tbsp tomato purée • 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes • 1 x 400g tin green or brown lentils, drained • 1 jar Bold Bean Co Queen Kidney Beans, drained • 200ml vegetable stock • Salt & black pepper • Optional: ½ tsp cocoa powder or a splash of balsamic (for depth) Method Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry onion for 5–6 mins until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 min. Stir in smoked paprika, cumin, chilli powder and tomato purée. Cook 1 min until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes, lentils, kidney beans and stock. Simmer uncovered for 20–25 mins until thick and rich. Add potatoes and red onion to a large tray. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt & pepper. Roast for 25 minutes. Push veg to make space. Add chicken thighs and broccoli. Drizzle lightly with oil and season. Roast for 20 minutes. Mix hot sauce, melted butter and honey. | CHEESY CHILLI PINWHEELS • 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry • 120g grated mozzarella (or cheddar/mozz mix) • 3–4 tbsp chilli chutney (habanero/red pepper works great) • ½ red pepper, finely diced • ½ green pepper, finely diced • 1 small red onion, very finely chopped (optional) • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp chilli flakes (optional, adjust to taste) • Salt & black pepper • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash) Method • Preheat oven to 200°C fan / 220°C. • Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. 2. Fill • Spread chilli chutney evenly all over, leaving a small border. • Scatter peppers and onion evenly. • Sprinkle over cheese, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, salt & pepper. • Roll tightly from the long edge into a log. • Chill for 10–15 mins (makes slicing cleaner). • Slice into 2–3cm thick pinwheels. • Place cut-side up on tray. • Brush with egg wash. • Bake for 18–22 mins until puffed, golden and bubbling. | |

| HASSLEBACK TACO PIE 🥧 *Gifted product @bannistersfarm Serves: 3–4 Ingredients • 1 pack Bannisters Hasselback Baked Potatoes (4) • 500g beef mince (or chicken mince) • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 small onion, finely chopped • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 1 packet taco seasoning • 1 tbsp tomato purée • 1 × 400g tin chopped tomatoes • 50ml water • 120g grated cheddar or Mexican-style cheese • Sliced jalapeños • Chopped red chillies (optional) • Sour cream or crème fraîche, to serve Method Cook the hassleback potatoes according to pack instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion for 3–4 mins until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add mince and cook until browned. Stir in taco seasoning, tomato purée, chopped tomatoes and water. Simmer 8–10 mins until thick and rich. Spoon the taco mince into a baking dish. Nestle the hassleback potatoes on top. Sprinkle over cheese, jalapeños and chillies. | Rat Stats! Did you guess which color was most popular correctly? I didn't! I thought light gray would sell more than dark gray. I analyzed my crochet rat plushie sales for the holiday season 2025 so I can be better prepared for 2026. Since I switched these rats to made-to-order in 2025, it felt like I spent the entirety of November and December making rats and nothing else. 😅😂 I will definitely try to have at least a few dark gray in stock at all times now lol. I didn't separate the eye color on the bar chart, but for red eyes 5 were cream, 2 marshmallow, 1 cloudy gray, 1 dark brown, and 1 black. I didn't think anyone would order red eyes with darker colored rats, but I actually love how the red eyes look against the black rat. Which one is your favorite? | |
